I have always enjoyed working with my hands. A real passion of mine when I was young was building model planes with elastic band motors.After high school I got my pilots licence. I built and flew hang gliders for many years then got back into powered flight. I studied aviation medicine with the Royal Canadian Air Force in 1969. I got my seaplane licence at Magnetawan Ontario in about 2005. I was a licensed contractor for many years then got into the film business to be closer to the arts. I have been writing short aviation adventure stories for many years but found it very difficult to get a publisher interested. When self publishing came about I started learning how to publish and sell books online. I have three novels published and a forth one coming soon.I was an Associate Producer on Eccentric Eclectic a feature length documentary of sound. I am a Producer on The Meditation, a short film starring Johnathan Hyde.I was the On Set Carpenter @ Mortal Instruments, Saw, Copper, The Strain, Expanse and too many more to mention.One of my carvings, a Hamza, was featured on an episode of the popular TV show, The Strain. My wood carvings have also been used in the TV show, The Pretender, and a Steven King film, Storm of the Century. There is a short film by John Todd @ microfilm on YouTube called The Wood Carver and The Fiddler featuring some of my woodcarvings. I have a small Villa in New Port Richey Florida where I spend many hours carving and writing and waiting for the phone ring for my next movie.
